Reservation Policy
Outside Alcohol Policy
To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all our guests, we have a strict policy prohibiting outside alcohol in the venue. If any member of your party brings in outside alcohol, we will charge the total menu price (or a comparable price if not available on our menu)
Karaoke Room Time Extension
Please be aware of your start time, as our policy automatically extends your time if we are not notified. Our employees do not inform customers when the 2 hours are done.
Age Requirement
Please note that all guests must be at least 21 years old or above. We enforce a stringent age requirement policy, and we may request a valid ID to verify your age. If you do not meet the age requirement, you will be denied entry or service. We prioritize the safety and well-being of our patrons, and we kindly ask for your cooperation in complying with our age requirement policy.
Credit Card Payment & Bill Split
Please note that we can split the bill into a maximum of three ways. (We do not take Discover)
Reservation Policies and Cancellation
We allow a grace period of 15 minutes for reservations. It is important to be punctual and arrive on time as we have a strict policy regarding timeliness. Failure to meet the designated time will lead to cancellation and a cancellation fee will be applied.
Please ensure that any changes or cancellations to your reservation are made at least 48 hours in advance. In case of a no-show or late cancellation, a fee of $50 will be charged to the credit card on file.
For special & private events with a group of 20 or more guests, a non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking, and Palm Tree Management will determine the deposit amount.
Code of Conduct
As a service provider, we reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or group whose behavior, conduct, or demeanor may be disruptive, disrespectful, or threatening toward our staff or customers. This includes instances where a patron is visibly intoxicated, engaging in illegal activity, or causing a disturbance that could potentially compromise the safety and comfort of others on the premises
Cleaning Fee & Property Damage
Please refrain from climbing or damaging the furniture and our equipment. Any damages or excessive cleaning required may result in additional fees, including charges for any decorations used and left behind, including but not limited to confetti and more.
